Operational Data Analyst

Support the development, improvement, and maintenance of operational systems, data processes and process automations. Assist with data analysis, reporting, and digital tools that enhance operational efficiency and standardize business metrics.

This position will:

• Help build and maintain standardized reporting metrics for consistent data interpretation.
• Provide artifacts (data model, data maps, knowledge base articles, etc) and support production teams when needed.
• Provid support in configuring and testing systems, applications, and integrations, leveraging Microsoft suite power tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance productivity. 
• Use our ERP/MRP systems to review and enter information.

Skills and Education Required

• 1-3 years' engineering or IT experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Strong analytical thinking and basic problem solving skills.
• Foundational technical background with interest or coursework in systems, automation, or data analytics.
