AI Product Strategist

Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary AI Product Strategist to define the long-term direction of LockedIn AI’s product ecosystem. In this role, you will shape product vision, identify market opportunities, and design strategic roadmaps that ensure every AI feature contributes to long-term competitive advantage and business growth.

You will operate at the intersection of AI technology, product strategy, market research, and business intelligence—helping decide what we build next and why it matters.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define short-term and long-term product vision (1–5 years)
• Build and maintain strategic product roadmaps
• Identify new AI-driven product opportunities and use cases
• Evaluate build vs buy vs partnership decisions

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Track competitors and AI industry trends
• Identify market gaps and growth opportunities
• Develop positioning frameworks and differentiation strategy
• Analyze emerging AI technologies and model ecosystems

User & Market Research

• Conduct deep user research and behavioral analysis
• Build user personas and segmentation models
• Analyze feedback from users, reviews, and support data
• Identify unmet needs in job seekers and professionals

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Define product positioning and messaging strategy
• Support product launches and feature rollouts
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams
• Help optimize pricing and monetization strategies

Business Strategy & Analytics

• Build financial and strategic models for product decisions
• Analyze KPIs such as retention, LTV, and conversion
• Present insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Align product strategy with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, consulting, or product management
• Strong experience in tech or AI-driven products
• Experience with market analysis, business modeling, and strategic planning
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML or generative AI products
• Background in consulting or strategic advisory roles
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI models, and AI product ecosystems
• Experience in SaaS, edtech, or career tech industries
• Strong portfolio of strategic writing or frameworks
